APRIL 16, 2015 WHAT'S HAPPENING AT GOOD SHEPHERD CHURCH

Happy Thursday!

Our long-awaited moving sale dates have arrived!  A lot of work went into changing over the church area into a sales area and we are hopeful we'll be able to pass on all of our supplies and equipment to new homes.  You can help by spreading the word about the sale dates and also by coming to see if there isn't something you'd like as well.  Today and Friday from 3pm to 8pm and on Saturday from 9am to 3pm are our sales times.

Here's What's Happening around Good Shepherd. . .

TODAY-Thur. April 16 & TOMORROW-Fri. April 17-Moving Sale conducted from 3pm to 8pm at the church

Sat. April 18-Moving Sale final day from 9am to 3pm

Sun. April 19-Connection Café opens at 8:30am with Worship at 9am.  Following Worship we will have our first forum for reviewing Synod Study recommendations.

Sun. April 19-Church Council will meet beginning at 2pm

Mon. April 20-3rd Monday Study at 7pm at the Sanchez home

Tue. April 21-Move Meeting at 7:30pm at church

Sun. April 26-Connection Café opens at 8:30am and Worship begins at 9am

Thu. April 30-Pastoral Assistant's retirement day!

Sun. May 3-Connection Café opens at 8:30am and Worship beginning at 9am

Sun. May 3-May Manna orders and payments are due today

Tue. May 5-M & M's Women's Bible Study meets at Jan Sanchez' home at 7pm

Manna orders for May will be due by Sunday, May 3rd and delivered on Sunday, May 10th which is also Mother's Day.  Look over the form and see what you'd like to order as gifts for your mother, yourself or for others.  Graduation time is coming too!  Take the worry out of selecting gifts by giving a "self selecting" Manna card as a gift and make everyone happy!

Now it is time for me to go to lunch then come back to shop the sale with my twin 5 year old grandchildren!  I wish everyone peace, hope, love, grace, health and a sunshiny week.
